Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing helptowin, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with any other policies incorporated herein by reference, including the helptowin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Eligibility and Age Verification

Accounts where age verification fails will be suspended, with Real Money Funds returned to the originating payment method.
Account Registration and Security
Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on helptowin. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the payment method, device, or registration details used. helptowin reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated bets or bonus claims.
Account Information Accuracy
You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helptowin login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
- helptowin staff will never request your password via any communication channel. Any message purporting to be from helptowin and requesting your password should be reported to [email protected] immediately.
- You must notify helptowin immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
- helptowin shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.
Account Verification (KYC)
helptowin may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory requirements. KYC documentation may include, without limitation, a valid government-issued Philippine identification card, proof of address, and documentation verifying the source of deposited funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions.

Deposit Conditions
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- helptowin does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
- Deposited funds are credited to the Player's helptowin Wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP) without currency conversion.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process. helptowin reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.
- Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.
- helptowin reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Terms breach, or ongoing regulatory inquiry.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
helptowin offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. The following general bonus rules apply across all helptowin promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
- Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute differently toward Wagering Requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
- Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire if Wagering Requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct
All bets and game sessions on helptowin are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game:
- A bet is final and binding once confirmed by the helptowin system. Players are responsible for verifying bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirmation.
- helptowin does not accept bets that exceed the Player's available Wallet balance at the time of placement.
- In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or interruption affecting a game or bet, helptowin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable malfunction will not be paid.
- helptowin relies on the results and data provided by its certified game providers. Where an error in result reporting is identified, helptowin will take all reasonable steps to determine the correct outcome and settle bets accordingly.
- Odds and game parameters displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation.
- Maximum payout limits may apply per game, per session, or per Player account. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or promotion interface.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helptowin Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of bets and balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Fraud and Money Laundering: Using helptowin for any fraudulent purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to layer or integrate funds for money laundering purposes.
- Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate helptowin transactions with a payment provider after the relevant gameplay has occurred (chargeback fraud).

- Arbitrage and Advantage Play: Exploiting mathematical edges, system errors, or promotional terms in a systematic manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, where such activity is contrary to the spirit of the applicable promotion.
- Multiple Account Exploitation: Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
- Minors: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your helptowin Account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the helptowin Platform — including but not limited to the helptowin brand name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of helptowin or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Limitation of Liability

- Unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials;
- Any gambling-related losses, which are an inherent risk of participation in games of chance and skill.
helptowin's total aggregate liability to any Player arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Responsible Gaming
helptowin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. In compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines, helptowin makes the following tools available to all registered Players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their Account settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits and Reality Checks: Players may configure session time reminders that display a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours up to 90 days) during which no deposits or bets may be placed.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from helptowin may submit a self-exclusion request. Self-exclusion is processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected.
helptowin reserves the right to impose account restrictions, including mandatory deposit limits or self-exclusion, where it identifies patterns of play consistent with problem gambling, even absent a Player request.
Account Termination and Closure
Either party may terminate the Player's Account subject to the following conditions:
Closure by the Player
You may close your helptowin Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and provided no funds are subject to active investigation. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
Closure by helptowin
helptowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any other applicable helptowin policy;
- Provision of false or misleading registration information;
- Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements;
- Engagement in any form of fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, or criminal activity;
- Regulatory instruction or legal obligation;
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
Where an Account is closed by helptowin for cause, remaining Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of termination for cause.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute arising from the use of helptowin, Players are encouraged to contact the helptowin support team in the first instance. helptowin will endeavour to resolve all player complaints promptly and fairly. Complaints may be submitted via live chat or by email to [email protected].
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Amendments to These Terms
helptowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, helptowin will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a Platform notification, email to the registered account address, or both.
The continued use of the helptowin Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
